All commissioned work, jewellery and other items are non refundable.  This includes anything hand stamped, engraved, bespoke sizes, shapes, specific setting of stones and metals etc.  When confirming a commission a non-refundable 30% deposit is required.  Full payment is then due on collection of the item.  If your jewellery is to be posted out, full payment is due before the item will be posted.  We only accept online payment, or cash or card payments in the shop.
