Free Delivery Promotion

Please note that for all online orders we are currently offering free delivery until further notice.  For bespoke commissions or items bought in the shop you will still need to pay the postage/packaging charges included below.

Bespoke Commission and Shop Item - Postage

All orders over the value of £30 will be sent Royal Mail 'Special Delivery'  and costs £7.50.

This guarantees delivery the next working day and is also insured against loss or damage.

Please note that this service requires a signature upon delivery. Orders can be sent to a work address. 

Presentation

Each piece of jewellery is presented in its own box or gift bag. 

Returns Policy

I hope that you will be delighted with your chosen items of jewellery, however if there is a problem, please feel free to contact the shop. Faulty items will be replaced.

All earrings for pierced ears also cannot be returned due to UK Health and Safety Laws.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item, you may return the good within 7 days, unworn and in its original condition. We are happy to offer an exchange, credit note or full refund less the cost of Postage and Packaging.

Returns must be sent via Royal Mail's 'Special Delivery' service and insured for the full cost of the item within the time stated. We do not accept liability for goods lost or damaged.

Refunds will not be issued on return postage. 

Commissions

All commissioned work, jewellery and other items are non refundable.  This includes anything hand stamped, engraved, bespoke sizes, shapes, specific setting of stones and metals etc.  When confirming a commission a non-refundable 30% deposit is required.  Full payment is then due on collection of the item.  If your jewellery is to be posted out, full payment is due before the item will be posted.

EU and International Orders

Orders can be taken from outside the UK. 

EU orders are posted Airsure Express Delivery and require a signature upon delivery and includes insurance against loss or damage. This service costs £10. 

Customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Stock Items

Please note that all our jewellery is handmade, and some made to order.  Please check with us regarding dispatch or delivery dates before you make your online purchase to ensure you get your parcel in time.  We do not make commissions, dispatch or post items when the shop is shut on Sundays, Bank Holidays and Public Holidays.

Collection in Store

Collection in store is available for items that are in stock. Please call the store on 01434 633000 if you have any questions.  We are normally open Mon 11am-4pm, Tue-Sat 10am-5pm.  We close on a Sunday, Bank Holiday and Public Holidays.
